Purpose
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of front-end loaders at Borden mine. The role supports production activities by loading haul trucks, managing stockpiles, maintaining haul roads, and assisting with general mine operations while adhering to all safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Responsibilities
· Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures.
· Load ore and waste material into haul trucks to meet production targets.
· Build, maintain, and reclaim ore and waste stockpiles.
· Conduct pre-operational inspections and complete required equipment reports.
· Monitor equipment performance and promptly report defects or maintenance requirements.
· Assist with road maintenance and berm construction.
· Maintain communication with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and other equipment operators.
· Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and incident investigations as required.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area around equipment and operational zones.

Training and Education
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
· Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and extended schedules as required.

· Ability to climb ladders and access heavy equipment safely.
